I'm pretty much an equal opportunity chocolate addict. :) Well, except white chocolate, but I'll take anything else. . . plain milk chocolate, dark chocolate, Resses peanut butter cups, Cadbury creme eggs for Easter. . . if it's chocolate, and it's around, it's mine!!! :)
Lois
"Equal opportunity chocolate addict"
LOL, Lois, what a great way of putting it!
Tessa
Just around Christmas I bought myself a small pack of Lindt chocolate. In it there was dark, white and milk chocolates. Heaven. I found the white chocolate too sweet for my tastes. I usually get milk chocolate but from this pack I liked the dark. I think with age I don't like things too sweet. With it's soft centers it just melts in the mouth.
In book news Maxine has me back in Australia checking out Flynn's world in The Tycoon's Blackmailed Mistress. I also ordered Abby's book Back on Track and when I checked the order statis I said shipped. Squeal.
Hmmm...anything chocolate for me is fine. hehe. I do love something with carmel in it. It makes it so much more richer. :)
Misty(LOVED your book!!)
Christa, Lindt has to be the BEST chocolate in the entire world! I LOVED Back on Track...and Maxine's cover for The Tycoon's Blackmailed Mistress is simply gorgeous. I can't wait to read the book.
And, Misty, those soft caramel centres are to die for. Yum.
I'm the odd one out . . . I LOVE white chocolate. Maybe I just need something to really sweeten me up. lol. My very favorite chocolate was something called marshmallow pecan squares. We had a local candy store,
since closed, that made them. mmmm . . . large marshmallows covered in a
milk chocolate with pecan pieces interspersed. Those were so melt-in-your mouth I would never get more than a 1/2 pound at a time because I'd finish the whole box before I knew it.
Oh and Tessa you don't have to include me in the drawing because I have a subscription to the Desires. I liked them so much I increased it to 6 so I wouldn't miss any in the month
Oh my goodness, Cas, those marshmallow pecan squares sound WICKED! But utterly irresistible.
And Christa, you're in draw, if you win, I'll find something you haven't read. Maybe *g*.
I too am a chocolate addict :) Favorites - lindt mini easter eggs, cadbury creme eggs (i'm still working through my easter basket lol) and Peanut M&Ms can get me through a writers block. But I pretty much like any milk chocolate
I trying to eat my pasta with alfredo sauce and suddenly it's not as appealing
Lis, M&M's are a favourite of mine too. I start off saying "I'll have 2 or 3" and the next thing the whole packet is gone. How does that happen?
LOL, Christa, on the alfredo not being so appealing. Suddenly *g*.
I like all kinds of sweets but not too much chocolate candy. I do like hot chocolate and some of the Starbuck's drinks with chocolate in them
Two of my favorite things are chocolate and books. Because when I read I don't realize how much I have eaten.
Tessa congrats on your book, Black Widow Bride. It has a great hook from start to finsh. It's a five star in my book.
Joye, hot chocolate in winter has to be one of my best indulgences. I feel a trip to Starbucks coming up.
Wow, thanks Jdpicraux! And yes, chocolate and books are an utterly divine combination *g*.
Hi Tessa, books are my chocolate in disguise....but I do love donuts...
"books are my chocolate in disguise"
Oh, Tammy, what a lovely image. Beautiful!
Now my younger son is with you on the donuts...right now the older one wants to bake waffles.
I love cadbury creme eggs at Easter
and the little chocolate dove candies.
Tessa, I would take waffles or donuts at this point...the fam and I enjoyed a sunny Sunday(for once:)) and settled on PB&J for dinner......Loved your book as you know, on ehar, my name is Tammys....
I have an 8 yr old boy and a 3 yr old daughter, they are loving Spring(and chocolate from the Easter bunny)!!!!
My favorite chocolate is anything that is filled with carmel!! Yummy!! :)
Hey Tessa,
Congrats on your book.. sounds really interesting with a great cover.
since we're all chocolate addict here, one shouldn't really gets shy when saying my favorite type of chocolate is anything that's got chocolate inside or out:)
Hmmmmm....chocolate..... a vital food group if you ask me. I love all chocolate but have been recently converted to Lindt 70% cocoa dark chocolate (takes a while to get used to if used to the sweet stuff but) hmmmm. Double yum when you sip water after you have bite. Heaven!!
Stacy! I have been trying to avoid those Cadbury Creme eggs all Easter *g*. Now I will I had one right now!
Tammy, glad to see you...and doesn't the wonder of kids make Easter a special time?
Kathleen, that's the second vote for those melting caramel centres. Yum! Thank you for coming along.
LOL, Mona. And thanks for the lovely comments...so good to see you here.
Now, Helen, that is SINFUL. WICKED. UTTERLY DECADENT! *g*
Almost as bad as chocolate brownies...
i love sweets and canat resist beef jerky
Lois, I'm with you! White chocolate is just WRONG! It's like Fred Astaire dancing to a rap song! I love those Guylian seashells. Yum!!!
Congratulations on your new book and thanks for celebrating with us fans.
As for chocolate, I love all types of it so it's hard to narrow it down to only one favorite. And all the posts above made it a hard choice. But I think I like dark chocolate. There is just something about that mellow yet smooth taste. It's not as sweet as some types of chocolate but still holds its own with that certain rich taste.
Yay!!!! On the first release, Tessa : )
That's worthy of crates of chocolate and bubbly!!!
Congratulations Tessa on your new book. My favorite chocolate is Godiva because of the rich taste.
My favorite is Hershey's. I'd describe it as very, very satisfying.
I love chocolate as well but whate chocolate is not really chocolate and I do not like it
Anna
My parents always get those seeshells. They are like Lays chips, you can't just eat one.
I love chocolate. My favorites are Godiva and Hersheys.
Anna and Christa...the seashells may be addictive but they're almost too beautiful to eat.
Ladyvampire, thanks for the congrats and thank you for visiting!
Mel, lovely to see you here! Congratulations for you too, my fingers are crossed!!
Maureen, I've had Godiva once. I don't think any other chocolate tastes like that. Mmmmmmmmmm.
Kim w and Chrystal, we use Hershey's kisses as a reward at our local writer chapter meetings. So they're forever associated with good things in my mind.
Debra, everyone, thank you so much for coming to the party!!! Lots more fun lined up for tomorrow too.
I have never met a chocolate I did not like. And right now I'm eating a bowl of ice cream with chocolate syrup because I'm still in the mood for chocolate. Even after I eat all the chocolate in the house yesterday.
Dark chocolate in candy but my favorite way to eat chocolate is a yummy moist chocolate cake with white coconut frosting in a bowl with some cold milk poured over the top.
terri
I love all chocolate, including white which has always been my favorite.
Tessa
Like Lorie over at eharlequin said "no chocolate is too beautiful to eat."
Congrats on your new release.
I'm a lindt chocolate kinda-girl.
congrats on your new book; I have 7up beside me now and celebrating with you. I love chocolate in all it's fine form. Dove chocolate is divine.
I just wanted to stop in and congratulate you on your release! So...CONGRATULATIONS, girl! Enjoy the moment! :)
I love chocolate covered strawberries, yummy.
Congrats on the release, Tessa. And don't get me started on chocolate! :)
Congrats Tess! I love chocolate! Everyone is making me hungry and I am trying to watch what I eat with swimsuit season just around the corner.
